Is the project brief an order?
No. It asks J&M to start the design and a quote. The sizes, materials, price and dates are agreed with J&M before anything is built.
Why are there no prices?
Every piece is made to measure, so the price depends on the project: ask J&M for a quote. You can add a budget range to the brief if you want J&M to know it.
Are the size ranges in the app final?
No. They are a starting list of sizes for each kind of piece. Ask J&M what it can build for your space.
Does the app send my measurements anywhere?
No. The app has no internet access. The brief leaves your phone only when you send it yourself by WhatsApp, email or share.
What happens if a piece does not pass the route?
The app shows which option would pass, such as sections that join in the room or removable legs. Ask J&M which of them it can build and whether it can check the route on site.
Can I plan furniture for a covered terrace?
Yes. Mark the space as a covered terrace and its pieces are flagged for outdoor-grade fabric and quick-drying foam.
Why is there no call button?
J&M lists both of its numbers as WhatsApp only, so the app offers WhatsApp, email, share and copy.
